Have you ever wondered where that authentic taste that reminds you of your childhood meals comes from? Our story starts right here – from the desire to preserve and share the tradition of true flavors, in which every ingredient is carefully chosen and every step of the preparation process is done with respect.
It all started more than 10 years ago, in a little corner of Transylvania, at the foot of the Harghita Mountains, in Gheorgheni. Here, in the heart of nature, we decided to bring to people’s tables not only meat products, but also a piece from the history and culture of this place. We set out to offer something different in an increasingly rushed world full of industrialized products and long forgotten flavours.
At Székely Falat, every piece of meat, be it salami, sausages, hams or other delicacies, is prepared without any added E’s, additives, preservatives, colorings and sodium nitrite. For us, it is essential that each product is healthy and retains its natural taste. We use beech, cherry and peach wood for the smoking, a traditional method that brings out the authentic flavor, the one that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time.

Each day, together with a dedicated and talented team, we keep alive the art of cold cuts production as it was done in the past, with passion and attention to the details. We continue to produce authentic and healthy cured meats, to respect the land where the ingredients come from and to share with you the joy of healthy eating.
